Keep the records for one lease together on your iPhone: rent and deposit figures, dated move-in walkthrough photos, maintenance notes, and the deadlines that matter. THE WALKTHROUGH, ROOM BY ROOM A guided walkthrough takes you through kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, hallway and exterior and keeps score of which rooms you have documented, so you do not discover a gap on the day you move out. It prompts for the electric, gas and water meter readings while you are still standing next to them. Photographs you import keep the date they were actually taken, not the date you got around to filing them, and the same walkthrough can be run again when you leave — the two sets sit side by side. WHAT IT DOES • Store lease dates, rent, deposit, landlord contact, and notice period • Document rooms with dated walkthrough photos, at move-in and move-out • Record maintenance issues, payments, and communication notes • Save apartment details and useful contacts • Schedule local lease and notice reminders • Export a PDF record • Save a full backup you own, and restore it on another iPhone WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS ARGUED ABOUT The disagreement about a deposit is usually a disagreement about what a room looked like a year ago and when somebody was told about a problem. That is what this app is for: dated photographs, dated maintenance entries, and dated notes about who said what. Export the whole record as one PDF when you need to put it in front of somebody. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, developer server, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. Records stay in the app on your device. You can also lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode — the switch is in Settings and is off until you turn it on. The current version does not include iCloud/CloudKit sync, so the backup file is how the binder moves to a new phone: save it here, restore it there. It carries the walkthrough photographs and receipts with it, and it is free whether or not you buy the PDF report. FREE CAPTURE AND RECORDS Walkthrough photos, maintenance entries, payments, communication notes, apartment details, reminders, and widgets are unlimited and free. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks generating and exporting the complete PDF lease report. No subscription. Lease Log is a personal record-keeping tool, not legal advice. Verify deadlines and requirements for your jurisdiction. ## Pricing and in-app purchases Base price: Free. **One-time purchases** | Purchase | Price | Type | | --- | --- | --- | | Lease Log Pro | $4.99 | one-time | ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-22 PDF reports now preserve the full frame of walkthrough and apartment-detail photos.
