应该应该有一个房东的报告，房东相关包括：
1.租客的身份证明信息（上传图片）
2.租户签署的合同（上传图片）
3.将房子交给租户的第一时间的水电燃气情况，核实以及最后房东收回房子的水电，燃气等核实情况
4.房屋地址，出租时房屋的情况以及租户退房时候的房屋情况（上传图片），出租房的家具电器等情况。
5.租金何时缴纳以及租金缴纳提醒功能。
