Your deposit deserves a paper trail. LeaseNotes turns your tenancy into dated, organized proof: what the unit looked like when you moved in, every problem you reported, every message with your landlord, every rent payment you made.

Start with the built-in inspection: 8 areas and 66 checkpoints, from under-sink plumbing to window screens to smoke detectors. Mark each one Good, Wear, or Damage, add a note, and attach dated photos as you walk the unit. At move-out, the same checklist gives you a clean before and after.
