This is exactly what I wanted.  I’d be willing to pay a one time fee for a free ad version, rather than the subscription service.

Regarding the subscription model, there’s a one time payment options for unlimited ad-free usage, this also allows you to add unlimited vehicles to your garage.

This app is a simple, accurate way to keep track of your lease mileage. I enter my mileage every few days, and immediately know whether I am over or under my lease’s allotted mileage.
