This app is purely dishonest **Developer response:** When you sign up to be a Leash driver, you sign up to be paid out weekly. We process payroll on Monday mornings but are at the will of your bank before the payment shows up in your account. Your payment looks like it showed up by the EOD on Monday 7/13. Regarding your one ride, we wish you could have driven with us more. However, after your rude comments and name calling to our support staff, it was clear to us that this wouldn't work out. ### 1/5 — If I can’t get signed up, it’s useless *2026-07-01* If I can’t get signed up, it’s useless. **Developer response:** We're sorry that you have had trouble signing up! This is definitely not the first experience with the app that we want you to have. We would love if you gave us a call to 844-563-8486 or an email to hello@rideleash.com. This way we can troubleshoot together and get you signed up! ### 1/5 — App takes location and payment info even when not in area *2024-09-29* I went through the entire menu to book a ride- this included name, address, entering dog information and photo, pick up and drop off info as well as date and time and even default payment info… only to find after all of that/ my area isn’t even in the service area. Service area match should be the first thing that happens. This was a waste of my time and confidential information. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for helping us improve! ### 4/5 — Constructive Feedback *2026-06-06* This is for your review on both the driver side to sign up and own side. On the driver side you’re missing vehicles as options and I couldn’t proceed I have a Tesla and that wasn’t an option so I had to stop the process of signing up. Two, as an owner your options for when meets someone new they are all semi adversarial and no options to be just good with people. ### 5/5 — Makes life easier *2026-07-14* It isn’t unusual for me to get stuck at work and not be able to pick up Poppy from daycare. The crew at Leash do a phenomenal job getting Hurt from daycare to home. The app tells me when they’re going to get her when they got her and they’re bringing it home with the photos and engagement from the drivers is just phenomenal. This service is critical and how Poppy and I make it through day-to-day life and with my peace of mind. ### 5/5 — Finally!! *2026-03-06* Leash provides rides for my dogs to make it to daycare and their grooming appointments. The drivers are incredibly thorough, and they have such a seamless process from point A to point B. As a busy pet parent, it's always been a struggle finding time to get my dog to daycare and grooming appointments. With Leash, I don’t have to worry anymore – they handle all the pick-ups and drop-offs with such care and professionalism. The app is super easy to use, and I love the peace of mind knowing my pup is in good hands every step of the way. The drivers are friendly and clearly love animals, and I get updates on my dog's trip, so I always know when he arrives safely. I've used it multiple times now, and each experience has been excellent. This service has honestly been a lifesaver for my busy schedule.
