## What is Leave the Pattern?

It's the weekend and you have a plane. Where should you fly today?

Leave the Pattern answers the eternal $100-hamburger question. Set your home field—any US public-use airport, even a private strip—and get destination ideas that are actually flyable: scored by forecast winds, crosswind on each runway, clouds, and precipitation, and filtered by what you want to do when you get there.

WHAT IT DOES
• Suggests destinations from every US public-use airport within your range
• Scores each day's flyability: winds, gusts, crosswind vs. the favored runway, clouds and precip
• Knows what's on the field and nearby: restaurants on the airport, courtesy cars, breweries, museums, beaches, camping, golf, bikeable towns
• Live METARs, radar, clouds and winds-aloft overlays, and the FAA VFR sectional right on the map
• NOTAM and TFR aware—closed airports and runways drop out of suggestions automatically
• 10-day outlook for any airport the next good day at a glance
• A mini-brief for each suggestion: favored runways, pattern entry, time there and back, sunset margin
• Near me: one tap sets your home field to the nearest airport
