## What is Leaven?

Doing baker’s math by hand is a pain. Spreadsheets aren’t much better. Leaven handles the numbers so you can focus on baking.

It’s a simple app built around baker’s percentages. You enter your recipe once, with all ingredients expressed as a percentage of total flour weight, and it scales cleanly up or down. Whether you’re baking a single loaf or prepping for a pop-up, the math just works.

What Leaven does:

This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for! A bit of a learning curve, but once you sort out the features/UI this app is incredibly powerful. I love that I can track changes to a recipe over time and collect my notes in one place. I often merge a few recipes together and now I’m able to replicate or tweak my results without having to search through 10 different sites. No distracting ads, pop ups, backstories, or affiliate links. You can tell the developer made this for themself first and genuinely wanted to share their project rather than profit off it.

I have the same problem as amethyst 67.  Deleting.

If you’re open to it, I’d really appreciate a quick note or screen recording at support@hereand.co so I can understand what went wrong and fix it. I’m currently working on improving the UI for allocating 3 or more flours, which I know can be clunky, and that’s my best guess as to what you possibly ran into.
