If you can get another operator do it, always recharging is awful , it always rejects any payment method no matter how much I try, every time I go to recharge it is a storm I must do the process of adding my card more than 10 times so that at some point it finally accepts it

$40 plan runs out of data every month and I need to spend more money. Poor network coverage using the vodaphone network 
There’s far better options out there that use the Telstra network which won’t go out of range in certain locations or have poor signal in many more. A phone should never run out of data when spending $40 per month on a pre paid sim

I waited 2 days to activate the SIM and it never worked eventhough they said it would be finished within 4-6 hours. Wasting money and time. Terrible service!

Left iinet !! to join this terrible internet provider.Drop outs , constantly having to restart devices. I notice that with all the negative reviews, no comment from Lebara ….. 
if something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t.

I bought a Lebara SIM card from woolies and followed the instructions to activate it. However, the card is physically broken and everytime I inserted it into the phone, it is just shown as “SIM Failure”. I wanted to use the online Lebara service to replace the card, which was just terrible. The customer service is horrible too. I needed to complete a series of procedures to verify my identity, but after all these, the results just showed “SIM already activated” then I was unable to proceed anymore. This is ridiculous. If the instructions advised me to activate without inserting SIM, then how could the “already activated” reason hinder the replacement request?

Chat box is working properly but the interface design is not responsive for Iphone 16 pro screen size. There is no below space to see typing bar. Full screen is not visible. In review there no option to upload the photo or screenshot other I would. 
Also, there no feature to see previous conversation with Lebara. Once i was chatting with someone and they told me to restart my phone and give update to that person. 
But when i restarted my phone, chat was gone. Where can I update them the issue is not solved yet. I had to start new conversation with other people and explain them again. It took too long.

I have a UK phone number through Lebara (I live there) but can’t download the app, because I’m in the Australian App Store. and this is unlikely to change (I have my reasons). I can get various other UK apps, why not Lebara?

If you’re going to use the poor vodaphone network from a reseller use Felix as they offer unlimited data plans for as little as 40 per month. You’ll find you cannot even make a phone call or access internet using vodaphone network in many locations that should have excellent connections. I’m so tired of my phone not working properly with no phone or internet connection so I’m purchasing a new sim with a server that uses the Telstra network after all we are paying for our phones to work at all times and we should always have a strong connection. So Telstra or Telstra reseller is my only option. Lebara is the worst phone service I’ve ever experienced

### 1/5 — Poor Communication, Missing Features & Abrupt Service Blocking

I suddenly faced call barring and mobile data issues without any prior email or text or app notification. My services were blocked out of the blue due to an address update requirement from ACMA, which I wasn’t informed about. This caused major inconvenience, as mobile coverage is essential for daily activities.

What’s even more disappointing is that there’s no option to update the address in the Lebara app. As customers, how are we supposed to know this is a web-only feature when almost every essential service today is managed through mobile apps? Modern apps are rich in features, and if Lebara couldn’t provide this natively, they could have at least added section with proper information and simple open web view so users could complete the update easily.

For such a critical feature, they failed to provide an option for customers and instead blocked services without warning—an immature approach that needs immediate improvement.

I appreciate the resolution after contacting customer care, but the lack of proper communication was frustrating.
