Following multiple calls to Le Cab, I was told that my journey would have to be cancelled (leaving me and my family without transport, after midnight, in freezing temperatures). I was subsequently told that they couldn’t reimburse me and I would have to raise a complaint, in order to get my money back. Five days later, I’m still waiting for an explanation, reimbursement and any form of communication.
