## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2025-02-25, version 1.2.4*

Gives lecture notes from
Lectures that never happened and is not giving notes from my actual lectures

### 1/5 — Tried this app very disappointing

*2025-01-18, version 1.2.4*

Taped an hour and a half but nothing is there. Yes, it was recording but when I stopped it nothing transcribed.

### 1/5 — Constant Crashing!

*2024-11-10, version 1.2.3*

I was hopeful with this app because, initially, it was really good. However after around 8 or nine class sessions, it began to crash. I am really disappointed because I need this app for law school. Frustrated!!!

### 1/5 — Not working anymore.

*2024-09-02, version 1.2.3*

I recently started graduate school and found listening to the lectures and trying to take notes was distracting. I found this app and have loved it. My graduate classes are online and each week we have a 1 hour lecture and 2-4 short (4-8 min) lecture videos. I have been using this to transcribe my lectures as I am dyslexic so I can print and highlight the lectures. Today I go to start this weeks short videos and every time I try to record it give something went wrong. I try to push retry and nothing. It is very frustrating. I have bought the month subscription. Please fix I really enjoy your app.

### 1/5 — Unreliable

*2024-04-20, version 1.1.5*

Purchased this app a week ago and it’s no longer recording. I have hour long lectures . Over the course of the last two days, my lectures have not recorded. So frustrating. The app auto stops itself and does not generate any thing! No summary, no key takeaway and no full notes. So disappointed

### 2/5 — Crashing issues

*2025-03-17, version 1.2.4*

This app was so good when I first downloaded but now that uni has started back up again the app keeps crashing

### 2/5 — Doesn’t always convert to notes

*2025-03-03, version 1.2.4*

Half the time when I record a lecture the app shuts down when I end it and the notes do not work or it generates notes on quantum mechanics which is not relevant to my course at all.

### 2/5 — Issues over the last month

*2024-11-25, version 1.2.3*

I got this app hoping it would help with my learning disability. When the app works, it is great, but out of roughly 25 recordings, only a handful of them went without a hitch. The app almost always quits on me, after 45 minutes, it's a gamble whether the app will keep running. The transcribing and finalizing takes too long; it is often still processing the previous class by the time I am in the next, and I have had the app crash during this time. I have had experiences where the output has nothing to do with my lecture; this happened twice, and the output was EXACTLY the same.

### 2/5 — no area to save each note

*2024-06-11, version 1.1.6*

The notetaking and ability to turn your audio notes into readable notes is great but it had no area to save your notes anywhere on this App

### 3/5 — No search function

*2024-07-29, version 1.1.9*

There is no menu or search function from previous recorded lectures.

It’s disappointing. I bought the monthly subscription and wish I had waited.

Not being able to search previous recording is major setback.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Online school

*2026-04-16, version 2.0.1*

I do online school and this is amazing for notes. I take really slow notes and I don’t have very good bulletpoints so studying and annotating, and memorizing these notes has been a game changer. Please never take this app down

### 5/5 — VERY USEFUL❤️‍🔥

*2024-10-04*

I downloaded the app to give it a try and I’m blown away by the preface, and how simple it is to utilize. It actually gave a more detailed summary than what I provided. I Can really see myself using this for lecture hall!! ❤️‍🔥

### 5/5 — Phenomenal Notes!

*2024-09-12, version 1.2.3*

I bought this app a while ago, the devs have really put a lot of time into improving and making it better and it continues to impress me.

Any bad reviews you see are from before they updated!

The devs are super responsive and add the features the community asks for

Thanks Yall 🙏

### 5/5 — Sooo good

*2024-08-24, version 1.2.1*

I cannot believe how well this works! Great way to make sure you took great notes in class.

### 5/5 — Great job

*2024-08-24, version 1.2.1*

It really does a fantastic job recording and sorts the text in a way that is very easy to understand it is also way cheaper then the other apps that i have tryed to use

### 5/5 — Love It!

*2024-06-28*

I record all of my classes then save the notes and use them to study for my tests.

### 5/5 — Makes taking general notes in class so easy

*2023-11-29, version 1.0*

I turn the screen off, and just keep my phone on during class, and at the end, it’s super helpful, especially in history and bio.
