It could definitely be better but at least it does work. My issue is that it takes forever for the app to load when I open it up ### 3/5 — Reverts to original ‘flashing lights’ setting every time *2024-06-17, version 1.4.1* Have had these installed for 3 years and they have lasted. Only complaint is that if you unplug and plug back in, the lights strobe between all colors so you have to go into the app and reapply settings. In my case, static red where the lights stay on red at all times. It could definitely be better but at least it does work. Issues are: 1. The timers are so confusing, I don’t understand them. 2. When I try to add a song the whole app freezes and I have to delete the app and then add it back! However, one day I found on the app that the device was detectable, but would not connect. Even tried to uninstall and rescan the QR code to redownload and now it isn’t even detectable. If you are looking at lights that use this app, I highly recommend purchasing something different. Now I am going to have to fight with the company that I got the lights for as they provide lights with a faulty app. ### 3/5 — App is kludgy, but… *2023-04-10, version 1.4.1* The light is fantastic. The app is a little wonky depending on how it’s used. The color wheel and light selections seem to be fine. When you switch to music mode, the functionality starts to unravel. The onboard music player doesn’t work in terms of controlling the light. It shows a song and a list playing, but there is no sound and the light is unresponsive. The microphone does work, and if the phone/device is placed near a speaker, it’s ok. Kind of a bad workaround considering it has a music player built in, but at least there IS a workaround. Seems like an app update could probably fix it, but being new I have no idea how often that may happen.
