It appears to have been designed by a rookie with minimal developer experience and no concept of usability, UX, or WCAG compliancy. Even the sports centre staff are apologetic that we have to use this abomination of an app. Pleeeeease get someone with more design experience involved! ### 1/5 — What happened? *2025-03-11, version 108.22* I’ve been using this app for the past year and not had any issues and would have given it 5 stars. However for last few weeks the app just wont load just before 10.00pm ie before bookings open, hence the 1 star. It now won’t open and deleting it and reinstalling has not fixed the problem. ### 1/5 — Won't let me turn off notifications. *2025-03-01, version 108.9* I'm not even logged in. The notification section has "all" or "just my centre". I don't want "workout of the week" notifications from LED AT ALL!! ### 1/5 — LED APP *2024-10-09, version 107.106* The app is so badly designed, it is impossible to find the swimming time table without assistance and when you do find it it is totally unclear with no end time for sessions and way to know if things run exclusively or concurrently. Original shortcuts have disappeared and app continues to “time out” continually. Hugely disappointing. ### 5/5 — Exmouth LED *2023-03-19, version 106.33.1* Amazing staff and a wonderful mix of activities. I leave buzzing every time, been so good for mental health. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-08-13, version 5.112* I credentials for not work on the app. There is no log in button on the app. Despite being able to login to view my subscription I am unable to login anywhere else and unable to request a new pin. I’m met with the message saying “unable to send pin. We don’t have your email address” despite logging in with said email address. Links sent in email to change pin do not work. So far this is the worst experience I’ve had with LED. I rejoined 2 days ago and I’d love to cancel but there’s no way to do so. Can’t do it in person right no as I’m too furious.
