If you are a family or have children under 17 years old you cannot book a family swim and have to rely on staff picking up the phone …… functionally doesn’t work for anyone other than single people. ### 1/5 — 17+ *2021-08-05, version 5.25* Can’t the rating be a lot lower so that younger people can make their bookings on their devices. It appears to have been designed by a rookie with minimal developer experience and no concept of usability, UX, or WCAG compliancy. Even the sports centre staff are apologetic that we have to use this abomination of an app. Pleeeeease get someone with more design experience involved! ### 1/5 — What happened? *2025-03-11, version 108.22* I’ve been using this app for the past year and not had any issues and would have given it 5 stars. However for last few weeks the app just wont load just before 10.00pm ie before bookings open, hence the 1 star. Original shortcuts have disappeared and app continues to “time out” continually. Hugely disappointing. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-08-13, version 5.112* I credentials for not work on the app. There is no log in button on the app. Despite being able to login to view my subscription I am unable to login anywhere else and unable to request a new pin. I’m met with the message saying “unable to send pin. We don’t have your email address” despite logging in with said email address. Links sent in email to change pin do not work. So far this is the worst experience I’ve had with LED. I rejoined 2 days ago and I’d love to cancel but there’s no way to do so. Can’t do it in person right no as I’m too furious.
