They were working fine for about two months. Everything’s hooked up wired, the correct way as instructed on the paper or chart should I say, now I can’t get it to connect to the main box. which is the receiver from the phone to the one in the car under the hood. You should be able to connect Bluetooth. It will not connect. It will not let you turn off the lights. It will not let you do anything. It says connect problem failed connect status failed please update this. Y’all do something because I will do something if y’all don’t promise you that. ### 1/5 — Stopped Working *2024-12-27, version 1.5.3* It worked just fine after a month . Then it would not connect to the bluetooth . What I did to fix this problem is to forget device within my iPhone settings (same for android) and then connect it through settings. Open the app and when it asks to see or send notifications to iPhone. Click DO NOT ALLOW. After that they started working fine afterward. If you’re having trouble follow those steps and you’re good to go!!! ### 1/5 — Bluetooth error *2024-05-10, version 1.5.3* Worked great the first time I connected to it. Sadly already installed on the truck drove around one night with perfect connection and lighting. The next day won’t work. The app isn’t connecting because the device is on and works but the app won’t stay connected long enough to connect to the exterior hub. Needs a big update or something done to fix this issue! Please be advised that the lights only function via Bluetooth connection to the Hub. However the connection is absolutely terrible. The lights/Hub only seem to work when there’s a constant hot connection (on even when vehicle is off) I installed on a 09 Mini Cooper, and had to run it to the fog light relay under the hood. Even with that the Hub itself has either a short in it, or the Bluetooth software is outdated and poorly engineered. My battery levels are fine. I’ve an OBD2 can bus reader with cloud logging, two utterly independent controllers.. They both do it, intermittently and never together. I always wait for full connection to both modules, in turn. And verify at bedtime.. Nothing.. I wake up? One or the other is invariably on. As far as I can tell, unlike other apps.. You cannot chain the settings of these two modules together. No, folks… just don’t. You can’t get the lights to do any color. It has a trouble connecting. It’s just awful. You can’t get your money back cause you’ve already tried to install it it’s just it’s not worth it. It connected at first then kept dropping Bluetooth connection. Took it back and got a replacement set…same thing. Worked well with my IPhone 13 but not my iPhone 16 pro max. iOS version 18.6.2 Thinking there may be an issue in the app that needs to be updated. It's due to the power supplying mechanics they have, your car needs to be on for the bluetooth to work and for the device to stay turned on! What happens when you leave it plugged in when your car is off is that it gets volts of power making it turn on without you even realizing! When this happens just unplug it and whenever you're ready to go driving with cool lights plug it back in!
