My one complaint is when you try to add lights to a group the app crashes. Color brightness and the fact you can group them to control at once is nice. However I bought thinking it can play music. It does not. If u play music on phone or through stereo the microphone on phone will allow the colors to change to music but lights can not play music and you can't CONTROL music even tho the app has a section for play and control. This app and its brother, Magic LED Light v2, provide us with reliable control and superior features. We like that either of us can control the lights without having to re-pair our device with the controller each time. The color options are great, and the "sound" feature makes a customized light show for every song. The scheduled on-off is very useful to avoid coming home to a dark house, and to prevent forgetting to turn off the lights. We're glad the app team continues to improve the app and fix bugs as they are found. This app is a great find!! ### 5/5 — Impressive! *2017-01-05, version 1.0.5* I bought a bulb on Gear Best and it took several weeks to ship from China. I was expecting some basic functionality but after using it for 10 minutes I realize the app is amazingly full-featured. You can add multiple bulbs, name them, change the color on the fly, turn on and off, change color to music, set a pattern to strobe, create your own pattern, use an image as a source of color.
