## What is LED Ticker?

Companion app for the open-source ESP32 LED Ticker, an 8×32 MAX7219 matrix display. Everything happens over Bluetooth: no cloud, no account, no data leaves your phone.

What you can do:

• Put up a sign. Type a status, set how long it stays, and it preempts whatever is scrolling.
• Save signs as preset chips. Tap one to post it, edit the list anytime.
• Choose what scrolls otherwise: stocks, weather, clock, or any mix.
• Set up WiFi, your Finnhub key, ticker symbols, and weather locations.
• Run more than one Ticker, say one at the office and one at home.

You need the hardware. Without a Ticker, this app does nothing. The firmware and hardware design are open source, with a parts list at https://ledticker.app.

A personal project, shared for the few people who own one. No purchases, no analytics, no telemetry, no account.
