Their app will sometimes show I have $150 million in balance but most of the time it will show a low amount then the correct amount then change back to lower amount and the balance numbers are all squished together. Have done the clear cache thing multiple times and will work. Close the app, open it 5 minutes later and same incorrect balance issue. Balance doesn’t even equal each crypto added together showing in their own app. ### 2/5 — Incorrect asset value *2026-08-19, version 4.16* Asset value calculation is buggy. You use a Ledger device to sign into the system secure with the twenty four word key. No major issues. You can buy sell swap and earn within the system. I also have a spending card that I can load $ onto the card from within the system. I can also transact with my bank using Noah. You can spend with Apple Pay or Google pay using contactless card feature. You are your own banker. I see them improving the devices and laptop app all the time. I have entered the provided pass key to earn the Bitcoin. On my ledger app, there is a blank bitcoin account. I haven’t received any bitcoin & when I clicked on it and hit hide asset. It just stayed there. I forced closed the app multiple times and I cleared cash and this was all before I saw iOS 4.12 got released today. I updated and still have the same issue. Annoying. ### 1/5 — SCAM $1,000,000 . The Worst Experience of My Life. *2026-06-25, version 4.6.1* I never imagined I would be writing something like this. After using Ledger Wallet on my Mac, I lost more than $1,000,000 worth of digital assets. Years of work disappeared in what felt like a matter of minutes. Whether it was a security issue, a compromised environment, or something I still cannot fully explain, the result was devastating. What hurts the most is the false sense of confidence. I believed I was using one of the safest solutions available. I followed security recommendations, double-checked everything, and still ended up losing an amount of money that completely changed my life. Trying to get meaningful support afterward was another nightmare. Generic responses, long waiting times, and no real assistance when I needed it the most. When someone loses life-changing amounts of money, they deserve more than automated replies. This experience destroyed my trust completely. I can never recommend this software to anyone handling significant amounts of assets. Even if your own experience has been fine so far, understand that one incident is enough to erase everything you've built over many years. Please think very carefully before trusting this application with funds that matter to you. I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through what I experienced.
