## What is Ledgerlyne?

Ledgerlyne keeps your books on iPhone, iPad, and Windows — one Apple account, one file, and no cloud database in between. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY DEVICE Sign in with Apple once. Keep your company file in iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or any Files location you choose, and your iPhone, your iPad, and the Windows desktop companion all open that same file. Before each save, every device checks the file's revision, so one device never silently overwrites another's work — if the book changed somewhere else, Ledgerlyne tells you instead of losing an entry. BOOKS THAT BALANCE Create separate company profiles, record checks, debits, deposits, transfers, and opening balances, then reconcile each register exactly to the statement. Every posting uses balanced double-entry accounting and exact integer cents, never floating-point money. REPORTS YOUR ACCOUNTANT WILL ACCEPT Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, General Ledger, tax-summary, and integrity reports. Export CSV reports through Apple's share sheet and send them from your own configured email account. BRING YOUR EXISTING RECORDS Move existing records into Ledgerlyne from CSV or Excel. Rows with invalid dates or amounts are rejected before posting, and repeat imports are detected and skipped. Contact emails can also be imported locally. YOUR FILES, YOUR STORAGE Your company and financial records are not stored in a Ledgerlyne cloud database. Save locally or choose your own iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or other Files location. The Windows desktop companion opens the same owner-protected Ledgerlyne file. An Apple-managed Ledgerlyne Monthly subscription is required to use Ledgerlyne. Eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial by confirming the subscription with Apple. After the trial, the monthly price shown before confirmation is charged automatically unless canceled.
