It’s not good

Bluetooth has suddenly stopped working - LED screen is working but cannot change anything as phone will not connect - been using it for 3 years without issue - APP SUPPORT is in Chinese which is problamatic??  How can I get this to reset - tried 2 different Iphones still will not connect

I got really combed when buying this device as a software will not send any messages or emojis to the device. Although it’s connected to Bluetooth it just keeps saying send failed. I shall be asking for my money back

Major issue with version update 3.1.6. When I open the app, it immediately quits out of it. Earlier versions I had no problems with but this new version it won't open. Please fix this.

UPDATE
It was once working in a version after 3.1.6 but now the newest update at version 3.1.11 it still has the same problem of opening then quitting right after.  Please fix this!!  I can't even load the app!

It worked ok for a long time. Now if I try to load the app with the device on the app crashes.. some of the stuff never worked like I get snow and can’t get rid of it on some saves.. can’t do a solid color. Can’t make it do anything but scroll but now I can’t change anything cause it crashes..
