## What is LedrixAssistant?

Ledrix is an AI-powered field intelligence platform built for licensed home inspectors.

  Capture
Tap any SOP tile or open Capture Mode. Take hero photos that trigger instant GPT-4o vision analysis. Structural
anomalies, critical findings, and secondary defects are identified and surfaced automatically — nothing gets missed.

  AI Anomaly Detection
Every photo is analyzed in real time. Critical findings are flagged immediately. Secondary findings appear as triage
chips — swipe to confirm or dismiss. Ledrix Vision sees what inspectors see, and catches what they can't.

  Scan Mode
Tap to take a first snapshot, then speak. Describe what you're observing — a discolored flame, a noisy fan, flickering
lights. When you stop talking, Ledrix takes a second snapshot and sends both frames plus your voice to VAL for
  analysis. Hands-on inspection, hands-free documentation.

  Voice Commands
Press and hold the VAL mic button to speak hands-free. Navigate screens, log defects, or query your inspection status.
VAL responds with voice and action.

  Council of Experts
VAL automatically routes findings to the right specialist — systems, structural, or compliance — based on what you
describe. No manual selection. The right expertise appears when you need it.

  Professional Reports
When the inspection is complete, generate a branded PDF report. Choose a client delivery mode — auto, photo + receipt,
or inspector review. Clients receive a home portal link with their findings and a maintenance checklist.

  Built for the Field
Works offline. Syncs to cloud when connected. Designed for speed, precision, and legal defensibility.

  Ledrix — Inspect smarter.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.4.4 — 2026-05-18

Version 1.3.0 — Test Notes

  1. Signup → Paywall flow
Create a new account. After account creation you should land on the Ledrix Professional paywall screen. Toggle between
Monthly ($149) and Annual ($119/mo, $1,428/yr). Tap GET STARTED — it should open ledrixlabs.com/pricing in Safari.
Tap "I already have a subscription" — it should proceed into the app.

  2. Photo analysis (no API errors)
Open any inspection, enter Capture Mode, take a photo and hold to analyze. Confirm you receive an AI analysis result —
no "API not configured" or error alert should appear.

  3. Scan Mode — two-snapshot voice capture
Open Scan Mode from an inspection. Tap the camera button — you'll see a snapshot taken and the mic activates
(LISTENING). Describe what you see out loud. When you stop talking, a second snapshot is taken automatically and VAL
  analyzes both frames together.

  4. Anomaly card — Adjust flow
Flag an anomaly and tap ADJUST. Confirm: the ADD NOTE button appears inline next to the INSPECTOR NOTES label (not in
the footer), all accent colors are cyan (not blue), and the LEDRIX action button highlights cyan when selected.

  5. Capture Mode shutter
In legacy capture mode, confirm the shutter area shows "TAP · CYA" above the button and "HOLD · ANALYZE" below. No
FL.1 or routing label should be visible.
