## What is LedsFit?

Through the use of machine learning techniques, LedsFit matches your profile and input wishes to the pertinent program every time you hit the generate button. The database of programs is made using real life training with thousands of combinations and various training techniques, aiming to make working out fun, effective and motivating. As you progress through your journey, you can update your profile and upscale the programs accordingly. Feedback is also fed into the algorithm as you complete a training to help generate future programs, which are more to your linking.

Please note that LedsFit requires a subscription-based service to access premium features and content. Subscribing unlocks workout programs and advanced features to enhance your fitness experience. To have a glimpse of the app, LedsFit offers a 7 days free trial. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Added "Train others" role as another subscription model, with functionality for trainers to manage clients and their programs in the calendar, with possibility to created programs from scratch or use AI to draft a workout using clients data.

1) Block Tracking: You can now record and track the number of Rounds completed within each workout block in functional training programs.

2) Round Tracking: For Cycling and Running programs, round tracking is now automatically calculated and seamlessly managed and showed in each block.

3) Apple Health Integration: Unlock deeper workout insights! You can now link your Apple Health data to the app. This allows us to calculate and display your Average Heart Rate and Calorie Burn directly within your Calendar workout log.

Please note: This requires permission for the app to access Health data and a connected heart rate sensor during the workout.

4) Smart Exercise Alternatives: Gain flexibility in your training. For Functional Training programs, you can now intelligently select alternative exercises to scale your workout up or down, based on your current capabilities and goals whenever possible.

5) Enhanced Program Database & AI Recommendations: We've expanded our program library! Furthermore, a new AI Recommendation Engine powered by machine learning will seamlessly suggest programs based on your ratings and the preferences of similar users.

6) Post-Exercise Feedback: Provide valuable context to your training. You can now add text feedback immediately upon the completion of each exercise.
