Who came up with this stupid idea? ### 1/5 — Frustrating Lee Gardens & BOC Promotion Experience *2026-02-08, version 3.3.6* The reward system is poorly designed! To get the rewards, uploading two bills without clear instructions to enjoy half of the rewards is ridiculous. Redeeming the other half at the counter is wastage of resources. The customer service was unhelpful and refused to assist me, claiming I didn’t follow the rules. This process is clumsy and frustrating. You need to memorize the arbitrary steps in the user journey, which is badly designed and counter-intuitive. To make it worse, the representatives at the customer services desk are impatient and appear to be fed up with the same question on parking redemption, as if it’s the customer’s problem in having difficulty to make a claim.
