Will stick to the YEP in future ### 1/5 — Too many erratic ads *2023-09-23* I can go to the site and watch as ads are coming in and articles change order. I get to reading an article and it takes me back to the beginning repeatedly. It will continue this then I get an error was repeated message !! So annoying. **Developer response:** Hi and Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the app has no control over our website and the way it displays ads. The app does have ads too, but these are in a fixed position to prevent any content jumping around to give you a better experience. The Reach PLC Apps Team ### 1/5 — Appalling App *2022-05-12* I was born in Leeds and now live in Spain and wanted to use this app to keep up to date with my home city. Unfortunately it is useless. There’s such a focus on advertising that it’s impossible to read any articles. As soon as you start reading an ad will appear or the screen refreshes and bounces you back to the beginning. Impossible to read anything, an appalling app. Don’t waste your time trying to read anything it will disappear long before you’ve had time to read it. ### 2/5 — Should be called Leeds united live! *2025-01-15* This app is ok if you are a fan of Emmerdale or Leeds United ! You may be lucky and find the odd news article. Even those are duplicates! Not an app for news. I’ve stopped using it because I’m fed up with seeing the same things every single day namely Leeds Utd & Emmerdale!! ### 2/5 — Not exactly journalism *2021-04-11* Mainly Emmerdale updates and a fixation on litter in Woodhouse Moor. It’s great, but unfortunately when I view the content on my iPad adverts frequently dominate the page, and often cut into/ over readable content. Please, please, please fix the layout issues.
