I just dealt with so many issues from this app it took us over 45 minutes to get an order put together on the app. $70 order, wouldn’t load my saved payment options I’ve used with no issues for some unknown reason By the time the order was ready to be placed it would only let me fill out an order for tomorrow morning. I dislike that the entire menu isn’t able to ordered from the app. I can’t order fried pickles, biscuits, or the country fried steak in the app to name a few popular menu items. I have no other complaints about the app outside and not being able to order all of my favorite foods in advance. Since we couldn’t pay on the app, we decided to eat elsewhere. It’s not declining the payment, it’s the button that won’t work. Tried it on 2 different phones. iPhone 16 PM, and Samsung Z Flip 6, both updated and Lees app updated on both phones. So it’s not the phones and it’s not a user error. The button simply will not work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can't add points from the receipt *2026-09-03, version 6.3.2* When you go to add point with the receipt and you need to type in the date a big giant icon blocks the button that enables you to proceed. They have a point system but they sure do not want you to implement. All the workers at the restaurants don't know how to deal with the points either due to a lack of training. One worker was able to add my points once before when they scanned my QR code in the app, but since then, for some reason, none of them are able to do it right. I show them my code and the app, they'll scan it, but nothing ever gets added. Maybe they don't know when to scan it in the proper sequence or something. I paid for them on the app and when I got there, I was charged for the chicken strips when your advertisement said that I was gonna get a 2 piece meal free – it did not specify that it was a 2 piece dark ONLY. I did not accept the order and the manager gave me the corporate phone number to get my money back and I still have not gotten my money back nor did I get the meal from you. I would not be ordering now if it were not for my wife. If it was up to me, I’d never buy another piece of your chicken. The fish combo says it includes a side & drink for example, however it is mandatory to add a .40 cent drink! The prices per item are not listed unless you begin an order. My restaurant location is not listed after typing in my city or zip code. Thought I’d give it another try to see if any if the issue have been fixed. Nope! I always use the Drive Thru. To try to claim my points later, I have to log into the app, then it takes me to Spendgo.com where I’m to log in again to upload my receipt. Awful! Then, when I try to manually add a payment method, they have slots for all of my card information except for the name on the card. When I submit it, it tells me I’m missing THE NAME ON THE CARD! Make it make sense ### 1/5 — Can’t add card payment *2025-11-30, version 6.2.0* As if paying a fee when you’re there ordering in person cause you’re using a credit card isn’t annoying enough now you can’t even add your credit card to the app. It’ll say please provide a valid first name and say that the credit card number is inaccurate when everything is correct. ### 1/5 — Went to order today and couldn’t enter payment method *2025-11-26, version 6.2.0* I tried to order today but even though I have my card saved it was not an option to use. Went to add card as a payment method and it said, “Enter a valid first name”. However there is NO place to enter your name when entering your card. And I was logged in and my name is on the account.
