Poorly designed ### 1/5 — Cost *2026-06-12, version 109.45* The cost is supposed to be $11 for residents yet I can’t find a way to not be charged the $15. ### 1/5 — What does this app even do? *2025-12-27, version 109.45* Can’t set up an account, pay a bill, contact support… Might as well just send out newsletters in the mail.
