Setup was easy.  It connected and for the first 6 cleanings it worked great.  Then the app completely quit.  After it being on the charger all day it says 13%.  Nothing in the app will actually work (creating no go zones, starting the cleaning - nothing).  I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled and nothing can get it to work.  It does still clean if you manually push the button on the actual vacuum.  You just can’t schedule anything.

Says it has scanning setting but it doesn’t , it also constantly avoid areas I need it to clean.

Les appareils Bluetooth autre que le robot sont scanné par l'application je ne vois également pas pourquoi une demande de localisation exacte peut avancer au bon fonctionnement de l'appareil.
de plus sachez qu'après la garantie il est quasiment impossible de trouver une batterie de remplacement y compris chez Lefant
Sinon l'aspirateur fait le job

**Developer response:** Bonjour. Le Bluetooth est un moyen de connexion au robot aspirateur. Il est normal que d'autres appareils fonctionnant sur la même fréquence soient détectés lors du balayage.

Completely stopped working since the update. Doesn’t map anymore, it just spin around and doesn’t clean. You can only manually control it so what’s the point? 🍋

I’ve had the app and vacuum for about a year, not the worst but I have had better 
But as of the last update (I think) the app and vac no longer connect and not matter what I do they will not work.
My WiFi hasn’t changed but the smart life connection will not appear.

Hoover works ok when connected, but loses connectivity multiple times per week, then loses saved schedules, previous maps and no-go zones. Fit for the trash. Avoid.

I loved that I can switch between vacuum or mop only mode now they don’t have mop only mode which takes too much battery to do mop AND vacuum AT THE SAME TIME. And keep getting stuck doorway which it never used to. Please bring the mop only mode back !!!!!

Honest review after two years they’re constantly getting stuck. There is no way for you to set up a do not enter zone. It rolls off the stairs daily and seems to not be picking up as much even with the constant cleaning of the machine every couple days. But for the price, it’s a nice little helper.

Fonctionne bien. Meilleur contrôle du robot. Il faut faire attention que le téléphone et le robot soit tous deux sur le réseau 2.4g - sinon, la connection sera impossible. J’ai eu de la difficulté à connecter le robot à cause de ce détail.

I like this version.  Be careful when you connect though. Both the robot AND your phone must be on the same 2,4g wifi. otherwise, the robot won't connect.

Le robot n’arrive plus à se ranger correctement dans sa base et a planté deux fois, il a fait 5m et il est parti se sécher alors que je lui ai demandé un nettoyage complet de ma pièce principale. Catastrophe depuis la dernière mise à jour.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. I’ve tried multiple times to connect my robot vacuum following all the instructions, but it simply won’t pair. I’m on the correct Wi-Fi, reset the device, and still no success.

The interface isn’t intuitive, and when something goes wrong, there’s no clear guidance on how to fix it. Without a working connection, key features like mapping are completely unusable.

Overall, the app feels unreliable and poorly designed. The vacuum itself sucks too.

Tout est dans le titre. C’était pourtant bien jusque là. Le wifi n’a pas changé ni le mot de pass. Mais bien l’application qui fait tt bugger.

Please don’t waste your money!! Don’t buy this brand/product! We made the mistake of buying the more expensive higher tier (M5) and it’s utterly useless! 

Must need app to operate the vacuum and the app is completely useless and doesn’t save functions or settings after editing and saving them, soon as you click/press clean it restores to the default settings and does its own thing. 

It’s gets lost, “stuck” in open spaces, gets confused and spins around continuously on (thin) rugs, we actually bought a thin rug and stuck it to the floor, moved furniture around (to assist, even though there was decent clearances) still has same issues! 

I repeat… DO NOT BUY!! Doesn’t deserve one star.. negative stars should be optional for this poor acceptance of an app/product!

I love the actual robo vacuum but jfc, that app is a royal pain.  Imagine if every once in a while you'd have to reconfigure every wifi device on your phone because it gets reset somehow??? I mean, this is the only product that does that and after several updates they haven't been able to fix it

I moved homes and now I cannot re-configure my robot (M210P). It gets to 85% connected and then cancels out. I have tried the troubleshooting they recommend and nothing works. My wifi signal is 2.4GHz and works well. I have reached out to customer support twice now and received no response. On top of all of this the app interface is just terrible. I wouldn’t bother with this product or app regardless of price point.

The below issue has gotten worse. Just made a new map and my robot deleted it after one cleaning. Will have to trash it. 

Unfortunately my vacuum now creates new maps on its own, it also starting removing no go zones. I guess the Chinese are interested in what I keep tucked in the corners of my home.

The M1 presents itself as a good introductory robot vacuum BUT it’s far from it the APP IS A NIGHTMARE, we her it’s IPhone or android it behaves the same doesn’t connect AND IF you’re lucky to get it connected once in the app the software itself is horrible the main persistent issue is the app says battery is ZERO/Low so you can’t use any of the feature… but on and off and manual cleaning work fine and battery is fine…. Spend the extra 50$ get something else don’t make same mistake

Le robot ne fonctionne pas il bip juste quand je lance le nettoyage sur l'application il bip, avance un peu puis une fois qu'il quitte la station de charge il s'éteint, payer 80€ pour ça sa ne vaut pas du tout le coup.

**Developer response:** Bonjour, vous pouvez essayer de lier l'application d'abord pour vérifier le niveau de batterie, puis lancer le nettoyage une fois que la batterie est complètement chargée. Vous pouvez également configurer un nettoyage programmé pour un fonctionnement sans dérangement.

I have posted many review and updates on this, it used to be ok (2.5 stars) now it’s a 1. It just keeps getting worse. 

I couldn’t tell you how many times it has ignored the map and done whatever it wants but even more times it has disconnected from the internet. And when it does that you can’t just reconnect it, no. You have to reset it up and remap the entire house!!! 

In the bin. The amount of time I spend fixing it, it will SAVE me money to buy a new one from a different brand.

Au début tout va bien, mais avec le temps c’est une horreur j’ai le M3L la carte se dédouble sans aucune raison tous les quatre matins ce qui lui fait perdre la tête le robot se déconnecte tout seul, il faut le reconnecter manuellement tous les jours sans parler du fait qu’il tombe et se coince tout le temps de partout très déçu je l’avais acheté avec beaucoup d’espoir

J’ai acheté ce robot Lefant pour mon fils handicapé. Il fonctionne bien (modèle M2) mais pas moyen de mettre le robot en français, c’est dommage car sinon ce serait un outil top pour l’autonomie sinon !

Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento il robot è scollegato. Facendo il reset ora non riesce a costruire la mappa, gira su se stesso fino a sfinimento e non pulisce. Ho scritto al support, ma nessuna reazione

I have two of these for the house. After 6 months of use, I’m still happy. The App does a great job. It’s mapped the house, recognises the exclusion zones that I have setup.

Da quando ho acquistato questo robot la mia vita è cambiata. Lo trovo veramente efficace e preciso, pulisce bene e non lascia punti. Risultato: casa molto più pulita di prima. Per un risultato migliore bisogna pulire spesso i filtri. Ottima anche la relativa applicazione. Complimenti anche per la mancanza di spazzole rotanti sotto al robot, niente capelli di donna da districare e rimuovere.
