Cannot pair for more than 5 minutes. Very difficult to understand. Even I can read the Chinese directions.

App and device do not sync.  Time does not update and calorie burn tracker is a joke.  Only useful for vibrating alarm. Poorly designed.

I bought this product several months won Amazon. I have enjoyed the product until it started malfunctioning. Data bank is full and it will not let me sync. I sync with a full or nearly full battery while not connected to USB port. The device is found and begins to sync yet only gets to 10% then stays at that % despite trying for many minutes. It used to slow down at 10-20% then finish quickly. Now it gets stuck at 10%. Have tried many, many times without success. There seems to be no support for this device! I have tried resetting without success also.
