Spent some real money I hate to admit. Have a group of online friends Ive met all over the world. A couple of days ago they launch a new major upgrade Kingston Estates. It’s been a major CF. As usual, new console, new rules, new ways to take your money. This time, now chat box. No way to communicate with your clan. Had issues in past about clan members and no help. This time, no way to communicate with your team. Sent a ticket it, and due high volume of tickets, still no response. They F’d this one up big time and my guess is this is still done in either Russia or China still. Not a nice company, but glad to take your eyeballs and money. I see a ton of people on Facebook groups complaining all over the world but still no fix or response publicly ### 3/5 — Continual update flaws *2026-08-31, version 8.7.0* This used to be e a great game, but the constant failed updates are ridiculous. Now, apparently they took away the ability to chat with other players as well as people in your own clan! Why even bother to play a “team” game if you can’t talk to each other? I would encourage the developers to read the most recent reviews as they are saying pretty much the same. There have been no updates on the campaign for years, the last update just changed the appearance of existing characters, PvP is unplayable due to the ridiculous algorithm used to select opponents meaning that you are playing against players with better weapons (the “loyal” customers) who spend a lot of money. Still loads of hackers and cheats that the developers ignore etc etc. Developers, listen to your critics or your greed will cause players to leave in their droves and then who will be left to pay? False economy so careful what you wish for! Finally, do not send a bog standard reply to indicate you actually care, it will just be sarcastic!! Update Oct 25. Nothing has changed, if anything it’s got worse. Your reply, at the end of my last review proves you don’t even read them let alone care. You did precisely what I asked you not to. Update Nov 25. So, yet again no improvements. Now PvP isn’t registering wins or event points. This game has gone from bad to worse with the developers taking no interest in improving at all. When you report cheats etc it says that you probably won’t get a response because of the number of reports…. Wonder why that is? Not hard to work out really is it? Want to know how to improve the game instantly at no cost? Ban Russian players!! Limiting the acquisition of this equipment exclusively to events and purchases made with gems is a decision that destroys the gaming experience. It makes no logical sense for gold to cease being a valid option for these acquisitions when the game continues to promote and sell offers for both gold and gems in the store. If gold loses its primary utility, the in-game rewards and internal economy become completely devalued. Eliminating functional mechanics overnight to implement a system that solely benefits the company's direct monetization efforts is a sign of disrespect toward the user base. This measure is perceived as an arrogant stance and a direct mistreatment of the entire community, particularly its most loyal players.
