I have had a great time using the app, but my kids have absolutely loved it. They are always wanting to do the animal challenge, which has been great to keep them moving during the summer. I have really enjoyed the Circuits. My speed has increased a lot by just consistently sprinting. I highly recommend the app to all but especially to parents who want to keep their kids active.

Tried this new sprinting app, Leg It! Helped me incorporate running into my HIIT (high intensity interval training). Beating the animals is a hoot. Make sure you use the included stretching program first.
