Face ID is no longer working (again) and my password isn’t working either. This seems to be happening more frequently. It is really difficult when traveling and needing to access accounts and you can’t get on!

This app makes my life so easy! Not having a Legacy location in my town isn’t an issue at all with mobile deposit! Love this app!

This new update has made the app useless for me, opened the app and no text on the sign in screen to enter your sign on credentials. I need my app back and access to the banking features. Wish I had not updated this app as I was instructed to do yesterday. Please fix this ASAP please!!

After discussing these above issues with a very helpful bank representative, I was instructed to disable a feature in the accessibility settings (motion), which solved the problem. Thank you for restoring my access to the online mobile banking!

**Developer response:** Version 4.0.1 takes care of some unexpected bugs that popped up. We should also have version 4.0.2 on the App Store within the next few days which addresses a couple of other issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For sure I like what it offers. Especially making deposits. I also feel I should be able to pay bills and edit scheduled bills from the app, but I can’t find where this is allowed.

It’s so convenient! I can see all of my accounts transfer money between them with ease! Updates and moves money that moment no waiting time. I am beyond pleased with this app. THANK YOU LEGACY. My overall bank service at the bank or app is top notch.

Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever had, it lags 95% of the time or won’t load, makes me completely log in every single day and the biometric expires at least twice a day. Please fix this app, I love the bank but the app is horrendous.

On iPhone and Galaxy both will apps will not save my log in information. each time i open the app i have to reinput my username and passsord and it gets so frustrating having to do this.

App is broken. 
No bill bay. 
After latest update it won’t even let you mobile deposit. As soon as you touch the camera icon it changes the screen orientation and doesn’t work. 
I even locked the screen but it overrides the phone.

I’m extremely frustrated the alerts stop working all the time.  Their Customer Service and IT Dept have no idea what they are doing and can’t fix it.   They will fix it and then the following week the alerts stop again.  Now they won’t even call me back about it.  

Sad. 

I’ll be finding me a new bank I can rely on.

I’ve used many many bank apps and never a problem except with this one.  First your password then such crazy icon and then another password... it can’t be same as PC login... seriously??

I shouldn't have so many issues with an app that does nothing more than let me look at my money, but here we are. The layout is unhelpful, I'm constantly running into issues with my login information, and now I can't even check all of my accounts. If I could constantly walk back and forth from the bank, I'd prefer it to this.

The app works okay. Still not as smooth as it should be. It would be nice if I could login with my fingerprint instead of just my password. Also need the feature that is available on the full website and the old version of the app where when I write down a transaction in my ledger, I can check it off.

Update:
Would be cool if this app ever worked. It never logs in anymore. I just have to use the website. Which is pointless because I can't upload my check that way

I work here so I might be a little bit bias lol, this app is great quality they are consistently trying to make it better. They even are able to connect multiple accounts of yours to the same app. Which is pretty nice you don’t have to have several accounts through the app :)

I use this all the time to easily
. Deposit checks
. Transfer funds between family accounts
. Check balances
. Confirm transactions 

I also have alerts turned on so I know every time money comes out of my account.  That helps me feel secure and allows me to immediately deal with any concerns 

This app is easy to use.  I really love it. 

It also lets me review my bank statements.

All this from anywhere in the world.

This is one of the best and easiest apps to use that I have ever seen.  It quickly takes me to the information I want to see and doesn’t include a lot of extraneous B.S. to dig through in orders to find out what I want to know. Clean, clear, and straightforward-it’s what an app should be.
