I tried resetting my password and it says my email doesn’t exist. I would appreciate adding the ability to fast-forward or reverse the audios 10-30 seconds. For an app that has started recently the potential of this is awesome and i can’t wait to see what’s more to come! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible User Experience *2024-01-17* It’s been 2 years since I have subscribed to this app as a premium subscriber paying $200/month. The content inside is great. But for the past two years, the user experience is so poor that it gets in the way of accessing the content. The app keeps crashing, takes long time to load and sometimes the content goes missing. The same bugs have not been fixed for 2 years now. The terrible user experience of the app is making it a major hassle for business owners to listen to audios/videos everyday. I get messages that the bugs are being fixed, but it seems to take forever (2 years and still going). It makes me wonder why I should continue to pay so much for a terrible experience. ### 1/5 — Major performance issues *2023-09-22* The app truly has major performance issues. Find it difficult to stream audio. Start to logout and log in before streaming starts. Great content but very painful ### 1/5 — URA Update *2023-09-12* The app was updated recently but I’m not sure what was updated! It’s worse now, for me at least. I can’t stay signed in the way I used to and I don’t get any notifications anymore and nothing in the phone or app settings fixes it. This only became a problem after the recent update. ### 1/5 — Love all of it *2023-08-17* So excited to use this app, constantly adding high quality new content and improving there UI. Have been on the daily for the last year and a half with all many excited people building a community on getting better, improving themselves and pushing for more out of life. Never will have a day I don’t utilize this app ### 1/5 — Monthly subscription *2021-11-12, version 1.0.6* I have to reinstall this app every time an announcement shows up. For the price I pay every month it’s really disappointing. **Developer response:** We never had a user submit a ticket on not being able to close the app when a popup came up. Users love our pop-up and were able to close them easily. This sounds more like a device issue. Can we please remove this review. ### 2/5 — Needs major work *2024-01-25* Absolutely love this organization and the content they produce but this app is extremely clunky and glitchy. Would love to see the quality of the app match the quality of the organization ### 2/5 — Crash City *2023-10-25* Freezes and crashes way too frequently for all the money the subscribers pay towards the app. The audio feature is buggy and is prone to crashing. Makes you not even want to listen to lengthy audios due to the player just disappearing whenever you leave and then open the app, and then the high probability of it crashing also. The app will freeze and then crash just for going to the different sections. ### 2/5 — A lot of bugs. *2023-02-04, version 1.1.4* I was in the Britt Worldwide system and was apart of the original teams that made the transition over to LLC (just recently stepped away from the business). At first I was extremely excited about having our own app and knew that building it would come with some trial and error for a bit. After close to two years, there wasn’t much improvement (or communication on any coming) with the app. It would continue to crash, videos would play over each other and the audio would mix with no way to pause and listen to just one, audios would play over each other, etc. For a premium subscriber I was, I appreciated all the content but for $200+ there really should at least be communication about when improvements will happen (that’s a lot for an app and what comes with it). This review is coming from a place of just trying to help since when I was an IBO (and I’m sure many others feel this way) I was nervous to complain about the system and things that went with it. All love and hope this helped bring up any issues that haven’t been mentioned before. ### 2/5 — Too many bugs *2022-04-11, version 1.1.1* Hi Developers, Could you look into this app? Sometimes the content doesn’t load even if I have a subscription. Or I get a message that content isn’t available for the user. If I delete the app and reinstall, I am not even being redirected to the login page and am able to login properly. There are so many bugs. **Developer response:** Hi there, we apologize that you had this experience. We released many updates on the platform during the time of this review. We hope that you can explore the platform now and see all the improvements we have made. If you do see all the work and changes made, could you please remove the review since your concern was addressed. ### 3/5 — This app is amazing but.. *2023-11-13* This app is a great effort towards something which is impacting so many of our lives.. But the lagging UI , session timeouts, un-responsivness when we open it back and other issues makes it a bit hard to use and questions the worth of the subscription cost..
