Highly recommend. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful, app constantly crashes *2025-11-15, version 3.0.4* This new app is awful. It doesn’t open all the way half of the time (not exaggerating) so you have to quit and try again. If you do get in, you click on an account option and it doesn’t open it. This happens about 60% if the time. It’s so annoying and a complete waste of time. Invest the money and make it work correctly or get out of the mobile banking business. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-10-15, version 3.0.4* Please fix this app. Viewing your account is terrible. Your balance gets a measly display, but “offers” hog the screen like a desperate car salesman. Also biometric id does not work off the main login screen you have to dig into another area to fix. And after enabling you have to try to log into the app twice. ### 1/5 — Slow login *2025-08-20, version 3.0.4* Logins are slow, Face ID doesn’t work and there’s a bunch of ads I mean offers that consume most of the display . The new app had a complete outage today in the 2 o’clock hour. Callusing chaos in the call center. Very clean and easy to navigate. I am deducting a star for 2 reasons. 1) the Chat Bot is constantly in the way. It isn’t necessary to introduce itself and take up half the screen. 2) the Promotions again take up half of the screen. Would love for those to go away.
