The entire app keeps spinning especially at The New Belmont, whose internet system seems to be on AOL you’ve got mail time. I started using other apps and honestly the rewards are much higher. Some features not as good as NYRA BETS to be fair but the NYRA BETS TEAM which is GREAT deserves BETTER! ### 2/5 — No frequent flier miles or freebies *2026-09-27, version 2.7.0* You would think after 10 + years at the site i would have generated enough revenue for them to give me some type of freebie , t shirt or buy back gift - you would think that after 10’s of $1000s I would get something, anything free …. But I’ve received nothing … no wonder Fan Duel is so popular ### 5/5 — Good app *2026-08-23, version 2.6.1* Love it ### 5/5 — Great App *2026-08-21, version 2.6.1* Easy to use, Highly recommend ### 5/5 — Best day of the summer *2026-08-19, version 2.6.1* Can’t wait ### 5/5 — NYRA *2026-07-19, version 2.6.1* Top for horse gambling ### 3/5 — Know What You’re Getting *2026-07-17, version 2.6.1* The service in itself seems passable. The poor video quality on the iPad is disappointing, and the video has a “hitch” on my Mac. The video on the phone seems smoothest. ### 5/5 — Happy with this site *2026-06-14, version 2.6.1* This site has made horse race wagering simple and convenient. Great site! ### 1/5 — Withdrawing Money is a pain *2026-06-09, version 2.6.1* Deposit with Apple Pay and you can gamble instantly. Want to get your winnings out. Well to bad you now need to deposit a min of $20 with a bank account. Wait 7 days for $20 to clear. Then you withdraw. What a ridiculous process. Seems deliberately slow to encourage gambling. No surprise there. Probably marketed as a way to prevent fraud but who is buying that when you every other gambling app allows withdraws in such an easier way. No thanks I’ll still with DK or FD. ### 1/5 — Withdraw sucks *2026-06-09, version 2.6.1* So hard to withdrawal don’t even bother putting money in ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Promo *2026-10-03, version 2.7.0* Careful offer promos in emails that they don’t pay out in. Also don’t mention if you don’t deposit with your bank can’t withdraw money . Shady steer clear, many better options. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-09-05, version 2.6.1* I’ve never had to enter the same email and password more times IN MY LIFE and it constantly told me it was wrong. Unbelievable errors on this app and my friend had the same experience. Lost money bc I won a race but couldn’t log in to claim it. Absolute scam. ### 1/5 — App doesn't work *2026-09-04, version 2.6.1* The app doesn't work in my state even though it's a state where NYRA Bets operates. I communicated with troubleshooting and they told me just to use the website. No effect to fix the actual issue. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-08-31, version 2.6.1* Awful app to bet money on. Almost impossible to pull your money out… but they make it super easy to take your money with Apple Pay. I even made a second deposit through my bank so I could hopefully withdraw that way, and still no luck. They keep saying I need to make a deposit first which I already have! And zero customer help from their “customer service” literally just have money sitting in this app that I can’t get out. ### 1/5 — Makes it so difficult to withdraw *2026-08-24, version 2.6.1* What a surprise I can deposit in less than 5 seconds and then in order to withdraw I have to mail something in, or call to register a bank account and make yet another deposit just to qualify to withdraw. ### 1/5 — Advertised code DOES NOT WORK *2026-08-12, version 2.6.1* Deposit match does not work and the app makes it purposefully difficult to cash out after depositing ### 1/5 — Ripoff *2026-08-08, version 2.6.1* Misleading advertisements - do not download. Also getting paid is near impossible. They’re so behind the times! ### 1/5 — Disgusting scammy app *2026-08-01, version 2.6.1* Doesnt let you pull your money out at all ### 1/5 — Dep & WD *2026-07-27, version 2.6.1* No problem taking Apple Pay but better make sure you have an idea of how to withdraw. Will take about 2 weeks from what I’m seeing ### 1/5 — Not working on IPADS *2026-06-30, version 2.6.1* Video does not open or enlarge using iPad. Reported for weeks and not fixed. Poor programming and customer service. Track changes not working anymore. Broken and refuse to fix. Moved on to Fan Dual. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Legacy *2026-10-06, version 2.7.0* New site is awesome!! ### 5/5 — Winning *2026-10-05, version 2.7.0* I enjoy the app .It’s easy to navigate and add money and withdraw!
