## What is Legacy Plans?

Leave a legacy, not chaos. Your will says who gets what. Legacy Plans holds everything else your family will need, and shares it with the people you choose only after a verified passing.

Most families spend months searching for accounts, policies and passwords, and guessing at what their loved one wanted. Legacy Plans puts it all in one secure place, with guided steps so you can build your plan a little at a time.

WHAT YOU CAN PLAN
• Trusted contacts: name your executor, caregivers and others, and give each person only the instructions meant for them
• Goodbye messages: leave text, audio or video messages for the people you love
• Accounts and digital assets: record where everything is and how to reach it, with an extra layer of encryption for the most sensitive details
• Healthcare wishes: write down your directives and give designated contacts emergency access
• Pet care: feeding, medication, vet details and who will take your pets in
• Business succession: name a successor and leave the steps to keep things running
• Celebration of life: music, readings, venue and guests, and how you want costs covered
• Online accounts: step-by-step guides for closing or memorializing major social and email accounts
• Giving: choose the causes you want supported in your memory

SHARED ONLY WHEN IT SHOULD BE
Nothing is released on one person's word. A multi-step verification process must be completed before any of your instructions or messages are delivered.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your plan is encrypted and protected with biometric login and two-factor authentication.

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
A completeness score shows what is done and what is left, so nothing important gets missed.

PLANS
Start free. Upgrade any time to Annual, Lifetime or Family to unlock the full plan.

The Annual plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

Legacy Plans is an organizing tool. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not replace a will, trust or other legal document.

Bug fixes and performance improvements. Legacy Plans keeps your accounts, documents, contacts, and final wishes organized in one secure place — so your family has clarity, not chaos.

### 3.6.9 — 2026-10-07

This update makes Legacy Plans more personal and more secure.

• You may now see a one-time prompt to rate the app after you've made real progress setting things up
• Wording cleanup across the entire app — clearer instructions, consistent naming, and our "not a law firm or a will" disclaimer where it belongs
• Small fixes and polish throughout
