But a lot of latency. Sometimes does not even load even with a 1 GB WiFi speed. Needs a lot of work. This issue needs to be fixed cause it’s a constant thing that keeps going on and on, but other than that, I basically have decorated my whole entire house off of this option. We have gotten so many amazing deals and steals. Seems like with the last update the app glitches so much. It takes forever to load the next page of items, and when you bid on something, it takes 10-15 seconds for the submit bid button to pop up. Huge issue when you’re getting down to the last second to bid on something. This happens almost every time I search for something; it’ll work the first time, but then for some reason it’ll reload me bring me back to the current auction. Then if I try to search again, it just keeps me on the same page and won’t allow my search to go through. I’ve gotten so many good things through this auction, and the business itself is great, however the app needs major updates. ### 3/5 — New update sucksss *2025-12-12, version 3.6.8* I really wish I could just downgrade back to how it was. This new interface had to have lost them money because it was so hard to navigate. I missed out on many bids not knowing if it took my bid or not. Also, every time I get on the app, its a new update, and it wont let you go around it. I used to be on Vista everyday all throughout the day, but now i only pop in every now and then. Good for my pockets, but bad for your business im sure. After buying 200-250 items . Here is my experience 1 in 4-5 items have defects thatbare not listed or QAed. You can but brand new cuisinart toaster perfect in description and get brand new item with nonpower button knob or foshing pole With two rings missing. As long as you make the trip within 2 weeks you get credit. Be willing to be QA for their lack of QA/testing. Where things get conplicated is if you buy an expensive items that says tested Or expensive items that could be counterfeit ie Apple Or Dyson. They take it back saying they have to test and will Inform you and weeks go by and high probability they will reject return. Even their staff said , I dont buy expensive brand name items from here off the record. I have had very little issues with the app. The issues I have had are not a big deal. The bidding, purchasing and pickup process is pretty much flawless. Not to sound like a know it all, but I think different people’s different levels of “app savviness” may be the cause for complaints. I can only speak for myself and I’ve had very little issues. My husband is addicted too and that’s bad cause we both shoppers.
