Money and business are clearer. A repair or teardown on a company-owned property is paid by the company, not out of your pocket. We also fixed a rare case where a very long pop-up could run off the bottom of the screen and leave you unable to continue. The people in your life now respond to who you've become. Live a certain way long enough and it changes who comes to your door. Others will quietly steer you toward a deal that serves them more than it serves you, so it pays to know who you are working with. Sell the company you built - After years of running a business, you can finally sell it. Take an outside buyer's offer when one lands on your desk, or put the company on the market yourself. A larger, more profitable operation commands a higher multiple, so the work you put in over the years actually pays out when you exit. Room for a bigger family - Two larger homes join the plans you can build, a six-bedroom manor and an eight-bedroom estate, so a big household fin.
