That’s username, password, OTP, 4digit easy logon code. I have been activating the faceid every time, but in vain. Their (useless) customer support would only tell me to clear my cache and cookies - this should only ever be a last resort, not the first and only thing you say- it has massive impacts on everything else you do on your device.
