That’s username, password, OTP, 4digit easy logon code. I have been activating the faceid every time, but in vain. L&G you got to fix this ### 1/5 — Know issue with iOS *2026-06-15, version 4.12.1* I tried to register in the app and was stuck after confirming email. Their (useless) customer support would only tell me to clear my cache and cookies - this should only ever be a last resort, not the first and only thing you say- it has massive impacts on everything else you do on your device. The registration is taking place entirely in this app, so fix your app and don’t seek to change my device An awful start to dealing with this company means that I can’t register and the app is now useless Educate your “support” and fix your app. Clearly not the only person that has issues ### 1/5 — Never works *2026-05-29, version 4.11.2* Constantly has technical issues and wont load.
