I never got email, and can not create an account or reset my account. I am getting test responses from attorneys on my case though. ### 1/5 — No spot to click to sign up for an account *2021-11-14, version 2.1.2* When you go in it asks you for your username and password as if you’ve always been a member and already had that information or something. Which is a first for me I’ve never seen that before however I went ahead and just clicked forgot password and typed my emailIn and sent it in hopes that I would get a response and be able to sign up however that is not the case, you must already be excepted and approved before being able to create a username and password. Which does not make any sense due to the fact that I got a text saying I can call that number or click the web link to see what the lawyer said to me. And which is what I tried to do and as you can see this is the problem and issue I’m running into. It will send an email to reset you password to the email you used when you stated your case online!
