If they actually do get back to they are the least helpful of any game I have ever played. Now the game rips you off on prizes you should received and has quests that you must spend cash on to complete. I have been playing for several years but tonights theft was the last straw. Prizes go to the person put the most money in the game, not the person who earns them. The game is extremely p2w.
