I love the idea. I was hopeful that it would work.i Will justFind something Else. ### 5/5 — Best map making App I’ve seen *2018-03-15* I don’t normally leave reviews on apps, but this one warrants a review. This is a fantastic map making app, perfect for any RPG you want to play. And while yes, about half the map making materials are behind a paywall, it is a paywall that is deserving of being payed. The main reason why this app is so good, is the fact that it’s really simple to use but still really detailed and good for using. It even lets you darken rooms to make them invisible to players when they haven’t explored the room yet. My only (incredibly minor) trifle, is that to access the rest of the materials and features/characters, you have to swipe the button to the right. But this feature isn’t explained so you need to poke around for a bit to find it. But once you do it opens up your options for making fantastic maps. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed *2017-01-02* Thought this would be a useful add-on to enhancing the DnD experience for my adventuring friends. However the Dropbox function broke after the first use. I am also unable to modify the file once it's exported as my computer does not recognize the file type. If you're trying to generate maps, I'd look elsewhere. Not worth the money to upgrade. ### 3/5 — Good and useful *2016-09-08* I plan on using this on my tv during tabletop gaming sessions. It is good and useful. The use of folders is buggy and makes things disappear so avoid those. Otherwise I like it. Tons of potential for greatness but good as is. Features I'd like: stairs and secret doors. And maybe more set dressing. ### 5/5 — Accommodates any Game *2016-04-28* This product is awesome. The designer thought of how this can accommodate all kinds of different games (old style pencil and paper gamebooks) with dice that actually can tailor your modifiers. If you like gamebooks, and these are coming back, then you need to check this out. ### 2/5 — Unintuitive UI design *2015-07-28* This seems like it could be useful to me as a DM; however, the customization options, while extensive, are really tough to figure out even after watching a tutorial. Ideally, though...a mobile utility app should be very simple to thumb through and understand on your own. When looking for organizational tools, I want something that is quick to pick up so I can focus my energy on planning content for encounters.
