Die bugs häufen sich,der Support ist seit der Übernahme geizig bei Entschädigungen und gefühlt nicht handlungsfähig. In Discord angesprochene Probleme werden meist totgeschwiegen, meiner Meinung nach ein Zeichen von Überforderung. Die Paketpreise sind total überzogen, zumal man hier nur die Chance auf Erfolg kauft und hier geht man zu oft leer aus. You can collect a lot of cards, but the number of in game currencies is literally impossible to count. I can’t quit it because two people in my guild (used to be big) still play it. But. I opened vault during a bogo event that if I got a relic, I would get a copy. I pulled a relic, didn’t get a copy, contacted support who responded like a bot, or English is not their first language, who did nothing. They just affirmed that I should get one. The end. Event halfway over, no second copy of relic. Also, it has been years since they’ve done anything substantial to the game. It’s bloated with useless things, hard for new players to know what is worth the time, all while adding constant power creeps that force you into throwing hundreds a week to compete. Where is that money going? In the few days that I tried playing, there were events going on that I had no clue about because everything in this stupid game is jumbled together. I don’t know if some events are level-locked, but I could never find the guild events … they weren’t sent to my mailbox, they would only pop-up at the top of the screen for a few seconds. Frustrating. Finally found an event I could participate in on my server to get Aline … sat in the number one spot for the past 2 days, wake up today and see I’ve been massively overthrown by someone else with double my score. Please tell me how that’s even possible considering I had already beat all 60 levels, the keys are timed, and I used all of my keys frequently? Something is super fishy with this game!!! Not to mention the resources are very limited. I’m done. You can keep this crappy game. I have dedicated a substantial amount of financial resources to acquire the necessary materials to construct my decks across multiple categories, including Dragons, Wardens, Slayer, and Commander. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues, including persistent bugs and the inexplicable disappearance of cards from my inventory. Upon reaching out to Customer Support, I received consistent responses indicating their inability to assist, citing various reasons that I find unconvincing. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential players to refrain from monetary investments in this game. The treatment of players, regardless of VIP status, lacks the respect it should entail. Consequently, I have opted to cancel my VIP subscription effective immediately. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No support for accidental activations that have no protections *2026-06-20, version 3.19.18* No support for accidental activations that have no protections … and per support no reversal … I used to love this game but that has changed over the last few years.. the prestige level up button is right along what you need to scroll past to get to the bosses you need to defeat and it can set it off even if you didn’t want to …but they will never fix it and have never put a yes or no in place to avoid this … so be aware that this is but one of the frustrating issues this game now have. I have 3 different devices 2 iPads and a iPhone 16pro max. Soviet’s definitely not my iPads ### 1/5 — Game Issue *2025-08-07, version 3.19* Where should I start oh yeah log in crash log in crash etc etc can’t play this game at all sent a message to support hours ago no response says it all really if you don’t spend money they don’t care !!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — When and how this game went down *2025-07-30, version 3.18.21* On October 28 2019 when the Earth Commander event ended I was player#1 in global rankings. 4-6 weeks after that, greed inspired the developers to destroy Legendary: Game of Heroes. Game was fun, new players were coming, people used to spend like crazy - all that until like in most of the cases - developers’ greed destroyed their own business and also players’ fun. By then, during each event players could save MC and UR dust. It wasn’t much, but if players would have played many events and saved (there were 10 types of dust: Cx5 + Sx5) at some point they could have converted it into strong new event decks. Developers didn’t like the idea, because maybe like 1 time / year, by converting the dust savings, players wouldn’t have needed to spend a cent for getting a super strong deck. So they canceled this option ruining everybody’s savings for future, though giving players the possibility to get older MCs and URs instead, in exchange for that dust. Developers always downgraded the power of older decks by increasing (bosses) new events’ difficulties; their greed pushed (clumsy) players to spend every single event cause older cards were stripped of power/value. That was the end of a beautiful game! I was #1,#2,#3,#4,#5 in global players ranking in both Commander and Slayer events - so take these conclusions and little story above seriously- like coming from a good exLGOH player. ### 1/5 — dude *2025-07-03, version 3.18.20* how is this game still alive with how much money you have to sink into it every week i quit quite a bit ago cuz i lost my account (fairly sure it was gamecenter just being terrible but at the same time im a little miffed about losing an account i paid money and years of time on) but still the weekly events require you to like pour hundreds of dollars into them if you want a fighting chance in just one of them or spend months saving up for a single week of fun. Base gameplay is really fun but like literally in order to be able to play it consistently like other mobile games you would you have to spend thousands on this and just no. You pay for gems for an event you can’t even play you contact support nothings done. They refuse to compensate for lost money or gems. Just terrible service. For a game you HAVE TO PAY to play and they rigged it so you have to spend more money just to try and compete only to receive useless none event cards. You literally have to spend over $40 just to get one of the heroes the event hero’s maybe. It’s really hard to tell if in what has changed. ### 5/5 — Great game *2025-08-20, version 3.19* I first started playing this game 8 years ago, but it began to be money hungry, I persisted but in order to progress it became too expensive. I deleted the game and gave up. 7 years later returned to the game, it has greatly improved. It is easily the best matching game, it requires you to be fast. It is challenging and it is not as money hungry as it was, it is not necessary to spend money to achieve, but if you are prepared to spend money, it is rewarding (once it wasn’t) the developers have heard the complaints and have clearly listened to. I hope the devs listen to players as I would be very distraught if they shut down this masterpiece anytime soon. I say that because quite a lot of others have said they are not satisfied with the support or how they listen. Overall I believe it’s great visually pleasing while also being fun which is rare nowadays and they have many cards. If you miss a pack they bring them back as revival packs. I haven’t had any back and forth with email communications, but my issues get fixed. I try to be as concise as possible all the time but most devs seem to not understand or hear my issue. And I’ve always spent money, never tried to scam, so that is VERY frustrating. These guys just fix the issue quickly. It makes investing time and money in gameplay much more comfortable. I’ve stopped playing a game I spent way too much money on (embarrassing and jaw-dropping so won’t say amount but 5 figures I’m sure) for this very reason. Very thankful to them. Game play is fun. You def want to join a guild. The game evolves for me over time based on my understanding of it, which is interesting. I really like collecting cards and evolving them. Yes, its a match game but thats just the start of it.
