I had the same account to this day where I completed all difficulties and I wanted to continue my top record waves completed for the mini games, but customer service keeps saying they will help me restore my account back, but never did and never responded, even to this day. I wouldn’t be surprised if people didn’t get compensated for game currencies if a game crashed after a map has been completed. ### 1/5 — Developers don't respond *2022-09-28, version 2.4.46* Ive tried contacting the developers multiple times on different platform in results to purchase and other issues ### 4/5 — Fantastic games but difficult to get access despite playing it up until last year *2022-07-06* This game, monster wars, and stellar wars are by far my favorite mobile games of all time and I loved playing them when I was younger and still do. That being said getting access to these games is so difficult. I got access to legendary wars a few years ago but after getting a new phone I have so far been unable to get access to legendary wars and have never been able to get access to monster wars. I love these games but I’d honestly rather them just make them cost money so I can pay them off instantly rather than paying for the membership every month or contacting the devs and getting access which has been very fluky. A few years ago I tried to find the game for old times sake and was disappointed to see that it was not in the App Store. Jump to current day and I just happen to be thinking about the game and look it up and I am surprised that it’s in the App Store. I download it only to find that I must now pay a subscription to play it when I have bought it previously along with the other game such as monster wars and stellar wars. I have reached out to the developers for the game and will update the review when I hear back. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Bad support for me *2025-06-25* Short version (Customer Service wouldn’t pay attention to my email and kept pushing me away instead of helping me even though I provided all the details to my knowledge that they asked for) Long version (Owed the game before the subscription service sent a ticket to customer service once I saw that if you owed the previous game you could get the full version for free so long as you send proof which I did along with everything they would’ve needed including my id but they kept on claiming I need to message them through the app but when I did it would take me away from the app even so all my emails had the very thing they were asking for which was the user id) ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2025-05-23, version 2.4.46* This is a 5 STAR game but years later since I have played this on an older device just to find out I have to pay a subscription service in order to play? These games doesn’t appear purchased even if you did because they were removed from the app store and came back with upgrades to make it compatible with the new ios software. Gameclub also gives you acess to the games you owned before if you actually contact them before whining. Also, I simply don’t understand how morning cofee price is too much for a monthly sub. The games itself is tons of fun. ### 5/5 — Why is legendary war and monster here？ *2022-02-25* I and my little brother use to compete to see who got better on this game and it is fun and addicting to player even if we beaten all the modes to the mini games but after expecting the alien vs robot game to come out legendary war and monster war was gone. I am sad to see we have to pay on this even though it was free back then and personally the mini games were good, but i was kinda hoping for a new update to the story of both games. Ill contact for that game we luv on customer service, but please fix these bugs ty. Still adding on this is the new starting point I am glad I am able to play the games we love and with my very brief (2 page) explaining the game of what I experienced and play and pointing out some bugs that they unlocked the game for me. I sincerely thank them and in the near future when my schedule open up I will see their game catalogue and if I do find games I wanna play subscribe then. **Developer response:** Everyone who bought our games previously should continue to have full access to the game without starting a subscription. However, in the case of Legendary Wars and Monster Wars, it is no longer possible to detect a previous purchase automatically. Just tell them when you played the game and how far you made it and they will unlock the game for you. I beat the game on the hardest difficulty now and it was great fun!
