### 2/5 — 面白いが、勿体無い。

戦力やステータスを上げても強くはなりません。課金してスキルを買わないと弱いまま。初期からの不具合も改善されず、更新のたびに新たな不具合が増えていきます。不具合に不具合を重ね、挙げ句の果てにはログインできなくなり、引退となるため課金を躊躇する。
やる事が多く、作業感が年々増加。もっと簡素化、シンプル化した方がよい。課金だけでなく、プレイするほどスキルアップできるシステムがほしい。

3年前くらいのアップデートのとき問題が起き
そのときに問題が多すぎたのか、全員への対処が難しかったのか
カスタマーサービスが機能しなくなり、人が減った時期がありました

なにをたのんでも、テンプレートが送られてくるばかり・・


でも
最近では改善されましたね
使ったジェムを戻してとか、ゲームの仕様を変更しろなどの無理なお願いは対応してくれませんが

困ったことがあると
絶対ではありませんが、可能な限り対応してくれます
時間対は深夜ではなく、8時〜20時といったとこでしょうか？

今回とても助かりました、ありがとうございます

ゲーム自体はまぁまぁですが、立ち上げが遅いのと、詐欺みたいな外国人にアイテム買え買えと勧められます。勧誘係と、世話係みたいな人がいて、普通に煽られて低レベルな詐欺です。初めてプレイして、2週間しか経ってないのに800ドルも使わそうとしてきました。皆んなも気をつけて！

こんな最低なゲーム初めてです。 新手の詐欺ですか? 突然ログイン出来ずアカウント消えました。 前のアカウントでログインしたら0から... カスタマーも対応最悪です。 ユーザー名送っても初めの(ハンネ変更する前のナンバー?)送れて... スクショなんてしてる人居るんですかね! 口コミで検索すると同様なコメント多いですね。 課金もしてました!お金返して!! 最初からやる気にもなりません。 ☆1もおこがましい!!!
追記;このゲーム絶対やらないで下さい!!
皆さんのレビュー見て確信しました。
完全なる詐欺です!

やる事いっぱいなので始めたばかりの時は難しくて挫折しそう。
同盟に入ってチャットで色々教えてもらう必要あり。
課金者と無課金で大きな差が出ます。
課金者には到底かないません。って位差が出ます。
ボコボコにやられてやる気無くする無課金いっぱいいるだろな。
イベントが重なる事が多々で課金させようと魂胆が丸見え。
私は無課金なのでそれなりにしか参加できずのんびり。
サーバーメンテナンスが長すぎます。3〜6時間予定が30時間超えてまだメンテナンス継続中。
メンテナンス後にお詫びと言ってくれるアイテムもたいした物ではない。
これだけ待たせるんだから好きなSSR英霊2体くらいくれても良くない？
この期間に嫌になってフェードアウトする人多いだろうなぁ。

昔、ライズオブキングダムを遊んだことがあったので懐かしいと思ってこちらのインフィニティキングダムを始めました。
ソロで遊ばれてる方もいますが活発な同盟を選んで入ることでこのゲームの楽しさは倍になるとおもいます。
鯖対抗のkvkイベントというものがある事を同盟の方に教えてもらいそれに備えて強くなりたいと思い毎日コツコツ城を建築したり資源を取って兵士を育てたりとやっていると、強い部隊を作ることができます。
2週間に一度ある同盟vs同盟のイリュージョンバトル幻境がこのゲームの中で1番好きなコンテンツです。楽しいので1週間に1度あってもいいくらいです。同盟の方とチャットで攻略の交流ができて楽しいです！
