I tried to login the next day and it just gets stuck on the loading screen after signing in with company SSO and never loads, I’ve tried offloading, uninstalling, restarting my phone, and tried logging in on my parents phones and nothing seems to work I’ve put a support ticket but have yet to receive any feedback which I understand takes time but at the moment I’m unable to clock in, check my schedule, and see my hours worked which is very frustrating. ### 5/5 — Great scheduling app! *2026-06-15, version 3.6.3* Very easy and intuitive to use. The Notification Center on both the app and the website is a nightmare.. why there isn’t a separate section for pending approvals and general notifications I’ll never know. Also for managers with multiple stores there’s no way to tell which associate belongs to which store. Doesn’t support dark mode, and UI lacks any smooth transitions. I've tried every corner of my store and every inch is considered too far. First of all every time I open the app, I have to quit and reopen because the homepage doesn’t load. Then, there’s always glitches where I can’t clock in or out because the geofencing is effed up and thinks I’m out of bounds but I’m not. I also would say the interface design is out of date.
