## What is Legionella Guard?

Legionella Guard

The only landlord Legionella risk assessment solution recommended by the NRLA.

Legionella Guard makes Legionella compliance simple, affordable and accessible for landlords and letting agents.

For just £9.99 per assessment, landlords can complete a professional Legionella risk assessment themselves in minutes, without the cost or inconvenience of arranging an external assessor.

Whether you have one rental property or manage a large portfolio, Legionella Guard guides you through the assessment with simple step-by-step questions, helping you identify and record potential risks throughout the property.

Add photographic evidence as you complete the assessment and record important property safety checks, including smoke and carbon monoxide alarm checks. Once finished, Legionella Guard creates a professional digital report and Digital Compliance Record, providing a clear, time-stamped record of the assessment and completed safety checks.

Your completed assessments are securely stored, making it easy to access your records when required and helping you demonstrate that Legionella risk has been considered and assessed.

UK health and safety guidance allows landlords to carry out their own Legionella risk assessment where they are competent to do so. Legionella Guard has been designed to make that process straightforward, structured and easy to follow.

**Ideal for:**

• Private landlords
• Letting and managing agents
• Property professionals
• Landlords with individual properties or large portfolios

No appointments. No unnecessary assessor fees. No complicated paperwork.

Complete your assessment from your phone and create a professional digital record, including photographic evidence and smoke and carbon monoxide alarm checks, for just £9.99.
