This is somehow the reason it’s not free now. But then the clock starts over. I was anxiously waiting unt 2:20am California time. don't waste your time on this app. they asked for additional photos which I did which I sent at around 8am today 04/28/26, and it says one authenticator had authenticated, waiting for a second authenticator. they also said on their FAQ that turnaround time starts after an additional photo was submitted. So i submitted the last requested photo at around 8am today-- time check it's 3PM. so I am expecting for a refund! FYI they have an option to message the authenticator, but do not waste your time because they won't respond. I don’t understand the need for tokens. Just charge one simple price sheesh. Then I find out that the app won’t authenticate without a tag. I can’t even use it to authenticate a used luxury bag because it wants the tags!!! It’s a USED bag that’s why I need to authenticate. If I had bought it at the boutique, I wouldn’t need your service. I can’t even get my money back. This is very scammy and I’m not happy. I had to pay using a different service. After about 20 minutes when I was ready to click “Continue (4 Tokens)” I should’ve just deleted it, but I kept trying closing and reopening the app but it never worked.
