There were like 2 notes from Legitmark and was approved. I showed a friend of mine and she said it might be a fake bag so i brought it in store at the RealReal and it was fake. For example, the Jordan 4 size tag is on the inside ankle portion of the shoe which is almost impossible to get a photo of without bending and creasing the shoe up. I have still yet to get a response on how to properly take the photo for them. They just reject the photo submission (which they have done 3 times now). At first they rejected just 3 photos… after 3 attempts they turned around and rejected 5?????? Within the very first day (in my experience the very first hour of signing up for Legitmark!) I was able to speak directly with the CEO, Jacob. He has been absolutely amazing to work with. His friendliness, quick response time, and customer service has been super surprising and a breath of fresh air! The quickness and reliability of the authentication service itself has made the process so much easier. I previously used a different authentication provider and I will never go back after using Legitmark. A response for the certificate is usually received within 60 minutes. A very seamless process!
