There were like 2 notes from Legitmark and was approved. I showed a friend of mine and she said it might be a fake bag so i brought it in store at the RealReal and it was fake. Luckily i could return it. ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2025-04-18, version 2.3.9* Horrible with responding in a timely manner. 1 response per day in a 24 hour time frame. They also don’t give you example photos of how the pictures should be taken. For example, the Jordan 4 size tag is on the inside ankle portion of the shoe which is almost impossible to get a photo of without bending and creasing the shoe up. I have still yet to get a response on how to properly take the photo for them. They just reject the photo submission (which they have done 3 times now). At first they rejected just 3 photos… after 3 attempts they turned around and rejected 5?????? I had to escalate the issue to get it resolved the first time, but doing it every time makes it extremely unreliable. Tested it with a pair bought thru eBay verification that passed theirs, they denied with poor generic excuses. I left the reviews but they never gave me the legit checks. Then they asked me again this week to do so again. Don’t trust these reviews. I also did a legit check for some Jordan’s and they said the shoes are authentic because it came in the correct box but the shoes I bought had no box and i never submitted pics of any. Although they did catch a pair of fake Mochas for me. ### 1/5 — Didn’t even send me my code *2022-08-20, version 1.5.1* I couldn’t even get in because this app didn’t send my number my code and why do you even need a number number if you aren’t going to give the code to actually use the app and see if it’s functional. Within the very first day (in my experience the very first hour of signing up for Legitmark!) I was able to speak directly with the CEO, Jacob. He has been absolutely amazing to work with. His friendliness, quick response time, and customer service has been super surprising and a breath of fresh air! The quickness and reliability of the authentication service itself has made the process so much easier. I previously used a different authentication provider and I will never go back after using Legitmark. A response for the certificate is usually received within 60 minutes. A very seamless process!
