It was our first time as a family visiting LegoLand and let me tell you my kids love it! It’s so kid friendly I love how even when toddlers are to you g to ride some rides there is always something to do for them in every section of the park. We visit the park once a week and my kids get excited like if it were the first time. It would have been awesome if the app was similar to navigational apps for cars where it will guide you around detours. I can only imagine how many other app users experience the same difficulties. Other than that, we LOVE the app and LEGOLAND ### 4/5 — Overall great *2025-02-22, version 8.4.13* My sister in law and I had an overall great time with my 2 nieces however, it was frustrating at times when the staff were unaware of the procedures regarding my niece using the stroller as a wheelchair (we did get the sticker stating that the stroller served as a wheelchair). There were 2 incidents that we almost had to argue with staff members to allow my niece to stay in the stroller (one in line and one for a show) until they actually looked at our stroller and saw the sticker. In addition, we weren’t directed by staff on how to enter rides using the Assisted Access Pass and we often played the guessing game. The wheelchair access and exit signs weren’t very clear nor noticeable. Really hoping staff are trained appropriately especially when Legoland is deemed a Certified Autism Center. ### 2/5 — Many rides and attractions are closed. *2025-02-21, version 8.4.13* We bought tickets on line, same price but many rides and attractions were closed, we got super disappointed. Half of the buttons open an embedded web browser where you are logged out and don't have any of your ticket or pass info which you have already saved in the app. You have to make a reservation to use your annual pass, which isn't even mentioned when buying the pass. It's a frustrating and terrible app experience. ### 1/5 — Worst park and app in Southern California *2024-07-05, version 8.4.8* Let’s start with the app - the wait times are completely wrong. It says 20 minutes when it is actually 70. It says 70 and you can visibly see the line is very short. Next for the park - run down. The blocks are faded. The rides break down frequently. The people who work there look and act miserable. It is also incredibly dirty. Gum everywhere. Trash everywhere. Stick to literally any other park. The Zoo and Seaworld are only 45 minutes south, and Disneyland is only an hour and a half north. I have confirmation email for everything. To help me when I’m at the park I downloaded the app logged in using same email and according to the app I have no reservation for anything. I can’t purchase ride n reserve any where. I plan ahead it reduces stress for me and my kid. So not being able to see every reservation in one spot is stressful and annoying. Also I try add ticket and pass and I never received and order number only a confirmation one. They are making it way more difficult then it need to be. ### 1/5 — Somewhat Functional *2021-07-10, version 8.2.1* Overall the app works most of the time, but there are some huge gaps in performance and features when compared to other amusement parks for example: 1. You can’t add your annual pass to the app 2. Half the time rides disappear from search when the rides are running 3. Food locations also disappear from search 4. Food locations do not post menus 5. The water park is shown on the map, but you can’t get info on the rides, height requirements, temporarily closed attractions or food locations. It was awesome, we especially loved the water park and spent lots of time lounging in the wave pool and chilling in the Lazy river. As an 18 year old with adhd I’ve been to this place many times and still enjoy it, it’s literally my fun place :) the new lego galaxy land is SOO FUNN. I love how everything is close together, the build a rocket is literally right next to the U.F.O Restaurant and close by the orbital outpost store after you get off galacticoaster. Biff Dipper is one of their new animatronics and I have to say I’mImpressed with it. He’s so smooth and so awesome. The ride part was really quick but so fun.
